Five seasons. Five different rosters. One Identity.
In 2025-2026 we led the NEC in steals and finished second in scoring defense in opponent field goal percentage. Rewind: top-10 nationally in three-point defense in year one. First in the conference in turnovers forced in year two. A program-record 30 steals in a single game during the rebuild. First in the league in blocks the year after that.
Different players, same fingerprint. Because defense isn't about who you recruit -- it's about what you accept. We don't accepts possession off.
We Develop. The Lab is Open.
I believe development is the great equalizer. We utilize every resource possible to help our players grow and get better. We have a player development lab, individual plans for every player. Film education, not film punishment. Benchmarks you can measure, so growth isn't a feeling -- it's a fact.
We Recruit Without Borders.
California to Croatia. Midwest to the Tri-State. Lagos to Lativia. My time at LIU we stacked back-to-back top 50 national recruiting classes. At Wagner we won head-to-head battles against programs with more resources -- because we sold the two things money can't fake: vision and development. Student-Athletes can tell the difference.
